Due to technical issues with Tide Bank. Sage Bank Feeds customers will see a delay in transactions being made available. We are working with the Bank at resolving the issues with urgency.

This has now been resolved, all Transactions from Tide have now been released and are available on your Sage product.

Our service has detected inaccuracies in the data provided by HSBC. We are working with HSBC to resolve the issue. Transaction data from Tuesday 23rd onward will not be available until HSBC resolve this issue.

3.30PM BST 25/09/18 - The missing transactions for APS cash plus bank feeds has been re-synced and the issue is now resolved. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
11:00AM BST 24/09/18 - Currently investigating missing transactions for APS cash plus bank feeds. We are working with the 3rd party bank to sync the correct files. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.

2.00pm BST 01/10/18 - The issue with duplicate transactions affecting US banks, has been resolved and the service is working as expected. We thank you for your patience throughout this issue.
1.00pm BST 27/09/18 - We have identified the root cause of the duplicate transactions with US banks and are working with our partners to apply a fix. We estimate this fix to be in place by Monday 1st October. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
3.30PM BST 25/09/18 - Bank feeds for US customers could see duplicate transactions and incorrect transaction types in their banking feed. We are working with 3rd parties to resolve this.
