Sage's hosting vendor has restored availability fully to all impacted services.

While Sage's hosting vendor works to restore service to full capacity and availability, the SCA service continues to operate optimally since our last update, yesterday.

Sage's hosting provider reported that customers should be able to access most services. Sage's technical teams were able to verify by completing a series of workflows within SCA. Customers were beginning to report successful sign in and completing their respective workflows as normal. The engineering team is expecting a full recovery within the next 24 hours.

The root cause of this outage was identified by Sage's hosting provider as a lightning strike, taking out a major power station causing cooling at the data center to fail that led to temperature spiking, and the imminent shutdown of all services. There were no damage to the data center facility due to the orderly shutdown processes; however, mitigation steps to restart services safely and orderly was expected to take time.

We are currently investigating availability issues with Sage's cloud hosting provider. At this time access to this service is unavailable. Sage in conjunction with the Cloud Hosting Provider are investigating and implementing any repairs.
