[RESOLVED] This issue has now been mitigated by our cloud hosting provider and normal service has been resumed for this product.

We are currently investigating performance and feature availability due to issues at our cloud hosting provider. At this time performance may be degraded and some features may be unavailable or queued for completion when the problems are resolved at the cloud provider.

We are investigating reports of slow performance which may be affecting multiple customers. We have begun to work with our cloud hosting partner to establish the cause of this degradation and will provide further updates as information becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience.


RESOLVED: Performance has returned to normal. This was the result of transient performance degradation at our cloud provider. We will continue to work together to establish root cause, but don’t expect further issues.

trust-ok Available Service - Some site management operations delayed/failed

We are aware of an issue with some site operations being queued since 15:34UTC on 30th October. Some of these operations are being executed now, but others will be faulted and will have to be re-run. We will update this page with more information as it becomes available, and apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

UPDATE: All of the delayed operations have now been completed, with the exception of a small number of backup operations. These are being communicated to the relevant Customer Service teams for resolution.

RESOLVED: Any new operations (from 10:24UTC 31/10/2018) have been executing normally. The outstanding queued work has been re-queued and completed or resolved manually.

UPDATE: On Saturday, 4th May 2019 @ 01:00 UTC, we will be performing necessary maintenance on the Sage ID sign-on service. This maintenance will require 60 minutes of downtime to some products. We will keep this page updated.

We are investigating a disruption to the Sage ID service at 08:27 UTC. Customers may have experienced problems logging into services. At 08:37 UTC we failed over and normal service has resumed. If you experience any further issues logging in, please contact the Customer Services team.
