We are investigating an issue with Sage 50c where the user roles feature is not functioning correctly within the Sage Business Centre. Some customers may not be able to load company data within the Sage Business Centre.
All other parts of Sage 50c are functioning as normal.

Sage are delighted to announce the release of version 1.0.3 of the Sage 50c 'Dashboard' app, which is available to Sage 50c Office365 customers. The enhancements in this version include:

- Tool tips in the account widget
- Language translations
- Minor bug-fixes

18/05/18 - 13:30 UTC - This issue has now been resolved. The issue was caused by a failure of a dependent service in Microsoft Office365. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.




17/05/18 - 10:00 UTC - We are investigating an issue with the Office365 ‘Manage Users’ feature of Sage 50c. This issue is only impacting customers who utilise Office365 features. Normal desktop-based operations in Sage 50c are unaffected. 


Customers are likely to find that they cannot manage subordinate users in newly created companies within the Sage Business Centre, and they may receive the following message:
“We're still setting up the security groups for this company, please try again in a minute or two.”
In normal circumstances, this message would disappear within a few minutes and reveal the ‘Manage Users’ menu. However, due to this issue, the message will persist and users will not be able to access the ‘Manage Users’ menu. 


The issue is most likely to impact: 


 - Newly on-boarded Office365 customers, 


 - Customers who have recently created new companies in Sage 50c, 


 - Customers upgrading from previous versions of Sage 50c. 


Users in existing companies where 'Manage Users' has already been configured are unaffected. Impacted customers should use the admin account to perform Office365 functions until this issue is resolved.

We have now resolved the issue where some customers were receiving the error "We're having issues connecting to your service" when trying to sync their General Ledger. If you were receiving this error message, please sync your General Ledger at this time.

If you continue experience difficulties, please contact your Customer Service Representative as normal. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for being a Sage Payroll Services customer.
