[RESOLVED] This issue has now been mitigated by our cloud hosting provider and normal service has been resumed for this product.

We are currently investigating performance and feature availability due to issues at our cloud hosting provider. At this time performance may be degraded and some features may be unavailable or queued for completion when the problems are resolved at the cloud provider.

We apologise for any inconvenience and will update this site as the situation evolves.

We are investigating reports of slow performance which may be affecting multiple customers. We have begun to work with our cloud hosting partner to establish the cause of this degradation and will provide further updates as information becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience.


RESOLVED: Performance has returned to normal. This was the result of transient performance degradation at our cloud provider. We will continue to work together to establish root cause, but don’t expect further issues.
