20180105 13:00 UTC: Our cloud provider have completed all reboots, all customers are able to login successfully, no further disruption is expected. Thank you for your patience. Please contact customer services if you experience any further issues.

20180104 03:30 UTC: Due to the recently announced Intel vulnerability, our cloud partners have chosen to exercise their right to restart all machines with minimal notice. There will be a minimum of 25 minutes disruption and in some cases, the length of disruption may be longer. We are actively working to reduce the length of the disruption for all customers. This disruption can impact customers at any point between 4th - 11th January 2018, with the majority being impacted within 24 hours

[RESOLVED] This issue has now been mitigated by our cloud hosting provider and normal service has been resumed for this product.

We are currently investigating performance and feature availability due to issues at our cloud hosting provider. At this time performance may be degraded and some features may be unavailable or queued for completion when the problems are resolved at the cloud provider.

We apologise for any inconvenience and will update this site as the situation evolves.

We believe earlier issues with Sage 200c Standard and Sage 100cloud have been mitigated. Some users may have been unable to login, or experienced disconnections, affecting customers in the UK and France. We are continuing to monitor the situation and working to find the root cause.
