Issue with Logging in.

Between 6am (UTC) & 6.37am (UTC) (11pm-11.37pm PT - 2am-2.37am ET) on Monday the 5th June, we experienced an issue with logging into Sage X3 Cloud within the NA region. This issue has now been resolved and the service is operating as normal.

Intermittent connectivity issues

Between 22:56 (UTC) & 23:08 (UTC) on Friday 13th October 2017, we experienced intermittent connectivity issues for Sage X3 Cloud EU customers.

This issue has now been resolved and the service is operating as normal, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

15:00 UTC - The EU login service has been restored. We will redirect your login functionality to our EU region, this evening. There will be no impact to the service whilst we carry this out. Once again, we apologise for any disruption you may have experienced earlier on today.
11.15 UTC - We have redirected our login service to use a different region. Login functionality has been returned for X3 Cloud and you should notice no difference to your usual login experience. We will continue to redirect the login service until our EU region issue is resolved.
11.10 UTC - We are investigating an issue logging into X3 cloud. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance Notification - EU Region 5th May 01:00 UTC to 02:00 UTC - NA Region 4th May 2018 18:00 to 19:00 PT (21:00 to 22:00 ET) SageID Authentication

To continue offering a highly available and secure service for you, our customer, we will be performing essential maintenance to our SageID service. This is the single sign on service that provides login access to your Enterprise Management product as well as other Sage products. This maintenance will deliver feature improvements, including multi-factor authentication for increased security.

The actual work will take place between the hours of 18:00 and 19:00 PT (21:00 to 22:00 ET) Friday 4th May (NA Region), Saturday 5th May 01:00 and 02:00 UTC (EU Region) and may cause disruption for a few minutes if logging into your product during this period. If you cannot login during this period, please wait a minute and try again. Customers already logged in during this period will remain unaffected. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
