09:45 UTC 03/07/2019 - We have seen no repeat of the issues and all our online services remain operational as expected. This issue is now resolved.

08:30 UTC 03/07/2019 - We have experienced issues this morning with our authentication service for our online services. This has now been fixed and all services have been returned to operation. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will continue to monitor closely.

08/08/2019 - 7.14am UTC - The issue with 2FA is now resolved and you can log back into your services as expected. We apologise for any inconvenience if you were affected by this issue.

08/08/2019 - 6am UTC - We are aware of issues with customers not receiving their 2FA text messages. We are investigating the cause of the disruption. This is impacting all customers who have switched on the 2FA functionality however if you do not use 2FA, you can continue to use your services as normal.
